Current Employee – been working at Amway as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Flex fridays, good work-life balance, treated with respect, many perks, good culture, strong values. Overall, a wonderful place to work! One of the best employers in West Michigan :)
Cons – There are some communication limitations because of the size of the organization, however, some of those problems are being fixed with the recent SOM changes.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
