Pros

Great perks. Value wellness and great benefits. Great collaborative environment

Cons

Regulatory department is overworked, and not valued. Don't provide the best resources to the regualtory team. Company does not pay attention to the high level of turnover within the department.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to employees when they say they are overwhelmed. You are losing very valuable people.

    I worked at Amway full-time

    Pros

-cool employee discounts for over-priced products
    -nice benefit package
    -generous bonus potential
-lots of travel opportunity and exposure to new equipment

    Cons

-too many people at the table with a voice and no responsibility
-a culture that encourages everyone to talk even if they don't have anything useful to add
-Very political and advancement is based on perception over performance
-lots of dog and pony show for upper management visits
-the company is running in every direction without an idea of where it is going
-class system brought on by the heavy dependence on temp labor leading to unfriendly office politics
-they claim to be shooting for world-class but won't put the money in to achieve it
-no candor or honest feedback, all about spinning the story to sell it to higher management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Really look at what jobs people are occupying and potentially cut out some roles that seem to be created for the sole purpose of slowing a project. Cut down on temp labor to build team cohesion
