No accountability for upper management.

(Current Employee) Ada, MI

ProsHealth benefits getting slowly chipped away.

ConsNo check or balances for upper management. No action, little work, effort or creativity. Lots of puffery and self-aggrandizing promotion by the management instead. Wasteful spending, especially in marketing. Lack of follow through on internal policies mostly dealing with abuse, bullying and fear-mongering by management. Little opportunity for promotion in this culture of utmost nepotism and favoritism based on same religious and political affiliations. Many disengaged or utterly frustrated employees. Employee satisfaction survey results are double digit below industry-average.Run while you can. You will be better off for it.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop bullying. Stop lying. Start leading and motivating teams.
