Pros
Lots of PTO time, much more than anything at accounting firms. Benefits are the best that I have seen including a 9 / 80 work schedule. Great fitness facility and cafe. On the woodlands waterway which is great for walking or dining. The drive is great if you live in Spring or The Woodlands or anywhere North of Houston.
Cons
Mgmt is often not that great. It really depends on which accounting group you are working for. Promotions are often the result of someone leaving the company and if you dont time it correctly than you can find yourself without any movement upward.
