Pros

Good place to go to work every day
A ton of people with diffent backgrounds from all aspects of it

Cons

They try to get you to settle for less money than what you are worth. You really have to wheel and deal to get your desired salary.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work on restructuring the comapny and bringing the stock price back up for the share holders.
