Pros

Competent and dedicated staff level consultants and good client relationships.

Cons

Niche player in staffing business so once your assignment ends it's difficult to find another gig. The company has been going through a multi-year restructuring which has resulted in a much smaller client base (unfortunately, still not profitable). No upward mobility so the career-minded should look elsewhere.

Advice to Senior Management

Develop standardized service offerings and delivery methodologies to sell and deliver and then hire experienced mid-level management to execuite (this isn't a staffing solution!). Firm has good relationships with it's niche client-base, competent consultants but without standard service offerings you're just another staffing vendor.and the firm isn't large enough to compete against the much larger staffing firms.
