I have been working at Analytic Partners full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

AP is a fast growing company so there are changes that happen like new head of HR and team and new head of IT and team. Most client focus teams stay stable. I have been here for 3-plus years and have had opportunities and promotions and I manage some entry level analysts now. It has been challenging but rewarding. Like the people here. Work is individual performance but you are on a team. It is a good balance. Company has been getting alot of press lately so biz outlook is good.

Cons

Some people plateau early and do not get on the fast track and get frustrated. There is a long, deep interview process but sometimes people who are the wrong fit still end of getting hired and then get frustrated when the job isn't for them. Co-workers are very social here so it stinks when a peer isn't keeping up with the pack and that can be frustrating for everyone.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some locations are crowded, some locations lightly populated. Try to hire or transfer staff to the locations with space.

I worked at Analytic Partners full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Best pool of talent I've ever worked with. Opportunity to develop skills quickly at an early stage in your career. Can be used as a stepping stone to better career opportunities.

    Cons

Look at the true cycle of this company. It's simply a plug and play model that will take relatively young workers out of college and plug them in to a system until they burn out and leave for a better fit at another company. Then, the next young college grad is plugged into the role and the cycle continues. Long hours, high pressure, negative impact on life outside of work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None. You have built a very successful company at the expense of your employees
