Pros

Amazing Product & Impressive Senior Leadership. Look at the Vets we are attracting from the Big Three. These guys can't believe what we are capable of. Read about HP

-Typical growing pains of the best start up in town.

-A lot of Chiefs and not enough Indians.

-Our new office it too awesome :)

    - I've got great coworkers and a great boss.
    - Everyone is very unselfish when it comes to helping others out
    - Unlimited vacation days.
    - Great location, and we're finally moving into the big office we deserve!

    Pros

    The people at Anaplan are great to work with. It's team-oriented at all levels. They are committed to hiring the right people for every role which a special focus on people with the right attitude for a fast-growing company. Everyone is supportive of each other and the company's fun is a good balance with the hard work that's required of all employees.

    Cons

    Nothing that isn't ordinarily found in a start-up that starts taking off. Commitment to meeting tough deadlines and maintaining high standards for quality sometimes produces a lot of work stress.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need more office space for expansion and shift in focus from new start-up mentality to mature company with customer success mentality.
