I worked at Andalusia for Medical Services

Pros

Good Salary and provides the employee to do self learning as there are no experienced experts working in the organization. Soo you have to do everything from scratch

Cons

Bad Managed organization, giving positions to not loyal people. centered decision making

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Search for loyal people who may wish to help the organization and leave those who just work and say irresponsible words for the sake of money

I worked at Andalusia for Medical Services

    Pros

    - Continuously trying new methods and technologies.
    - Very friendly environment among co-workers.
    - Always attempting to achieve very challenging goals.
    - Competitive starting salary for a medium sized software company in Alexandria.
    - Job rotation is normal and expected. (You learn many different areas of the business in a short time. This does not apply to software developers)

    Cons

    - Raises are not periodical; they depend on personal / group achievements.
    - There is no set method of evaluation; it depends on point of view of / exposure to the management.
    - Several promised bonuses were not delivered.
    - Overtime is expected but not rewarded. (Neither fiscally nor otherwise)
    - Deadlines are unrealistically cut by senior management. (1 year tightly scheduled project to 3 month project)
    - Senior Management involvement causes continual changes in technology, methods, project scope and deadlines.
    - Job rotation is normal and expected. (You gather very little experience in each job. This does not apply to software developers)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Senior Management (Andalusia Group management) should be less involved with the details of the implementation of the project, especially during mid-project.
    - Deadlines should be more realistic and deadline cuts should be within reasonable limits.
    - Consider paid overtime or some other form of compensation for employee overtime.
