“Not the worst place to work”

Pros – Decent pay for the work
No bosses breathing down your neck all day
Chances for overtime for those who want it
Cons – Extremely repetitive
You're basically a glorified DVD stocker
The travel for RMS positions can get old fast
Advice to Senior Management – Provide some sort of incentive for the RMS position. I worked my butt off for 10 months with the company and didn't receive a single bonus or recognition. It would go a long way.
