Former Employee – worked at Andis

Pros – great atmosphere, laid back, dress policy very casual. Most managers have an open door policy where they are willing to teach other employees.

Cons – not very flexible with work times, starting and ending times. Sometimes communication is lacking between departments. The pay scale structure seems to be a little outdated.

Advice to Senior Management – Management has very good work experience and are very knowledgable about their field. they were very friendly and understanding of my situation.
