Annual reviews are a waste. Raises are given to those in the cliques. Senior employees are not valued. Health benefits are reduced. Pension benefits are reduced.

Advice to Senior Management

Value the experience of those who do the work; not those that say they do, but don't. Become more aware of what people are doing. Less meetings that are useless. Involve people more. Too many levels of management. People are being promoted either because they are friends or "because they have a nice ass".
