Anheuser-Busch – “AB was no better before ABInBev”
Pros
great benefits
good mentor program
nice amount of sick days
Im sorry i really cant think of anything else the place was really terrible to work at
Cons
long work hours (blled AB blood)
no personal life (required to be available 24/7)
disrespectful senior managment
no true career advancement
Advice to Senior Management
get true leadership skills
