    Great Discount and interaction with people

    No Training; Management doesn't care about employees just about sales. I understand that retail is about sales; however don't be so pushy. It seems like management only cares about the bottom line and getting their bonus. Employees don't even have a decent break room for lunch. Huge turnover. They only hire bodies Micromanagement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take the time to know your people. Also, if you want to attract talent, you must give them a reason to be there. Offer some people full time with benefits.

    Values and friendly people team work and they all are coorpitive and have team outings and prizes and games and the discounts are great

    Cons

    low pay you cant talk about your salary and if you do you get fired and you get no bonuses
