“A constant revolving door of talent- chews them up and spits them out”
Current Employee – been working at Ann Taylor full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great benefits, vacation time (if you are there long enough) and competitve salary
Cons – Not people first, does not live up to advertised values, no job security
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
