    Pros

A nice way to quickly get fashion industry experience, you get to work in with higher end cloths and see what the market trends and latest styles are

    Cons

This company is a struggling one, or seems so at times. You have nearly no notice for sales or large events, you literally come into the store and find that everything is 40% or 50% off

    Advice to Management

Easy hours, relatively easy merchandise styles. No shortage control, possibly a struggling company

  2. It was good.

    Pros

Clothing Discounts for pieces for each new season.

    Cons

As I continued to work there benefits began to disappear. For instance, I would get 30% on top of sale when I started which was a great. The company got rid of it during my tenure. Also, we did not have to change floor sets, but over time they begin having the sales people had to do it.

    Advice to Management

Cultivate talent and promote from within.
