“A good way to enter into fashion retail”
I worked at Ann Taylor full-time for less than a year
Pros – A nice way to quickly get fashion industry experience, you get to work in with higher end cloths and see what the market trends and latest styles are
Cons – This company is a struggling one, or seems so at times. You have nearly no notice for sales or large events, you literally come into the store and find that everything is 40% or 50% off
Advice to Senior Management – Easy hours, relatively easy merchandise styles. No shortage control, possibly a struggling company
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
