Pros

they actually care about employees opinions and want employees to grow and succeed as a individual unlike former company's i have worked for.

Cons

lots of drama. they wont fire a guy who sucks at his job and doesn't do a thing. its sad to see managment get paid $4 MORE AN HOUR TO DO THE SAME THINGS THAT I AM.

Advice to ManagementAdvice
