Pros

50% off discount, employee rewards for meeting store goals, nice coworkers

Cons

Based on how hard you work from management pushing you and because it is a high end store- it should be commisioned or a higher salary than starting off at 8.50 since uncommissioned. Too many employees results in fewer work hours. Annoying to pressure clients into getting credit card.

    Pros

For the most part, the associates, store managers, and sales leads are great. Everyone is very helpful and works together as a team. The employee discount is the best part, as well as having first access to new merchandise and merchandise that has just been marked down before everyone else. Managers are very flexible and willing to work with your schedule.

    Cons

Very inconsistent with their scheduling. Some weeks I may get over 20 hours, other weeks it may be as little as 4. This isn't necessarily the store manager's fault though as corporate determines how many hours each store has to give out each week. Clients show little regard for how much work it requires to keep a store looking neat and are too eager to throw clothes around and tear up the store. Management puts a great deal of pressure on associates and sales leads to open up new credit card accounts.

    Advice to Management

Quit being so stingy with hours that are given to stores.
