    Cheap management. $50 holiday bonus are you kidding me?

    Pros

    * Corporate management is very involved at a campus level
    * Accountability within departments has been reinforced and monitored by corporate management - which is extremely helpful when reviewing how department functions and identifying competency gaps.

    Cons

    * Like most organizations within the higher educational industry, they have dealt with some areas of concern. Inevitably, this has an impact on the morale, and can cause a great dael of anxiety regarding job security.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    * A good management team is one that participates in all levels within the organization. Get to know your people - are they happy with the organization, etc.? Management will receive a more sincere response if these types of meetings are face-to-face with individual departents, not on-line surveys. Good management is interested in getting feedback from employees on areas of concern, but are they also interested in allowing employees to be part of the solution?
