I worked at Anthem Education full-time (less than a year)

Pros

-Seem to get paid pretty well and they are negotiable on that.
-Latest I worked was 8 with all but 1 Saturday a month off and Sundays too.
-

Cons

-No direction from upper management. This leaves a new employee automatically with a sense of paranoia that what they are doing isn't right because there is no encouragement towards what to do. Only told what NOT to do when you do something wrong and its held over your head afterwards.
- People are stuck in their own clique and don't accept newcomers.
- Saw 7 people get let go in 3 months. And its not a big staff either, thats losing 7 out of probabky 30-35. Unreal. Every other week someone was getting let go, hard to build a team and a sense of unity towards working towards a common goal that way.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

- Have a comprehensive list and guideline for new hires. Include required training from corporate and also recommended training from lateral employees.
- Don't anticipatory hire. Make sure you have the funds available to pay your employees. Otherwise its a waste of time and resources to have to turn your back on somebody 90 days later.
