    Pros

Awesome products, the best in the industry.
Worker bees (non-management) are good people who work hard to get the job done.

    Cons

Employees often work long hours to accomplish difficult goals with little managerial support.
Product cost to consumer remains high on continual downward sales trend.
    No advancement opportunities.
    Lower than average industry pay.
    Owners are distant and unconcerned.
Under qualified management with inflated titles.

    Advice to Management

The management here does not take advice.
