I have been working at Anvil International

ProsMaking great strive with become more a part of the 21 century mainly due to a couple of key Sr. manager level hires and LEAN manufacturing push.

ConsThey need to become more willing to "pull the band-aid off" and make some changes in the plant manager level to release some plant managers go that are still viewing operations and production back from growing/evolving. Every plant manager or operations manager in today's organization should have above a GED education.
