Pros

Great people and definitely challenging work. Flexibility in your work week and once youve put in some time the ability to work virtually.

Cons

Pay isnt the best but they try to make up for it through benefits and overtime for entry level positions.

Advice to Management

Dont really have to many complaints here, maybe a little less finger pointing and say we messed up as a team when things go wrong.

    Pros

You will work with very smart co-workers. While pensions are becoming more rare, there is job security because few people do this work.

    Cons

At times over the recent years, leadership has had some problems. Prior leadership led us directly to a buy-out by Aon.

  2. A lesson on h9ow to lie and backbite those around you.

    Pros

A nice campus and a lot of friendly co-workers. You knew you schedule and their adherance method for when you have to miss work or if you mess up.

    Cons

The downside is that you are told those around you are your competitors for your job. They lie to your face and let you know they lied. They expect you to lie also if they ask you to. They go behind your
back to get try and you wrote up and then don't take responsibility face to face. Its a bit like kindergarten the way they talk to you and treat you.

    Advice to Management

Do what you say you will do. Help when you say you will help. Be a person of consistancy in how things are handeled. Give Kudos when you can. Take a phone call whrn someone asks for a supervisor!
