    I worked at Aon Hewitt

    Pros

Though there was not much opportunity to advance. They have a program that assists employees with defining their career goals, whether it is with the company or not. The help me determine that Aon Hewitt was not the best situation for me. And I thank them for that.

    Cons

Not much advancement in the IT field. Unless you work at one of the main offices. Ensuring that network infrastructure is well kept will help improve work performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None really. I see outsourcing on the horizon. They must take a look at all options before proceeding with it.
