I have been working at Aon Hewitt full-time

Pros

1. Good growth opportunities for those who keep little bit of patience and sharpen their skill sets to meet the requirements for growth 2. Good exposure in people management and project management from very early stages (through multiple training programs) 3. Keeping work life balance (by having shift flexibilities in scope)

Cons

1.Salaries are average, and increments often range in single digit #s for promotions 2.Opportunity to travel did exist but were on hold in 2012..both domestic and international 3.There is no scope of overtime despite the fact that many times Colleagues are required to stay back to meet the business requirements.

Advice to Management

1.Although there is recognition and award for 3 years and 5 years colleagues but there is no such provision of rewarding or recognising colleagues who have rendered their services for 7-8 years. 2. Clearly differentiate high performance v/s low and reward well, not peanuts
