I worked at Aon Hewitt full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    - ability to work from home
    - trying to find another....

    Cons

    - tons of mgmt all running in different directions
    - terrible working relationship with business side
    - clients are fleeing because it takes so long to deliver projects
    - low salary, long hours. expected to work 50hrs a week minimum
    - just slashed 40% of staff to get "leaner", but no change mgmt in place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

get rid of the IT VP and CIO. Offshore model is horrible as well. Think about using central america to save money. At least they are on same time zone so they can collaborate with USA.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
