I have been working at Aon Hewitt full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Since Hewitt was purchased by Aon there has been little change. It is still a good place for someone straight out of college to gain experience .

Cons

Little to no training. If you want to learn you will need to push your manager to provide you with the time. The harder you work the more work they pile on. Managers see the problems but do nothing to weed out the problems.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

AonHewitt is supposed to be a Human Resources Consulting firm. As such you should have benefits that are above average. Instead, you have cut the benefits and keep pushing for more and more work for less total pay.

I have been working at Aon Hewitt full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice location. Starbucks located on site was a nice bonus. Good job for someone not looking for permanent employment.

    Cons

Disorganized at times. Not adequate training. Always have to look over your shoulder in fear because they can and will let you go at any time for any reason.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The whole hiring process is difficult and employees feel like they are treated like children instead of adults.
