I worked at Aon Hewitt full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Option to work from home
Great team
Streamlined processes

Cons

Pay below industry average
No pay raise/bonuses for 3 years in a row
Management doesn't really listen/solve problems:communication gap

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just by creating a new team to look in to problems won't solve anything. Make sure the policies are implemented. Also, low pay is making people move to greener pastures.

I have been working at Aon Hewitt full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

AonHewitt is a leader in the HR Outsourcing and Human Capital consulting space. It offers the prestige of a good name and a whole host of lateral or vertical career oportunities.

    Cons

Aon Hewitt is unique in that it offers an entire suite of services to businesses from Benefits Adminstration to consulting to investment solutions however the business is increasingly under the pressure of the bottom line. The company seems to favor short term "right now" fixes as opposed to considering the long term implications of quick cost saving measures.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider investing in people and long term strategies. It was the culture and people that made Hewitt what it is today. A quality focuses client-centric business model needs to focus on people.
