I worked at Aon Hewitt full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

AOH Hewitt has good opportunities for advancement and work experience. If you are willing to work hard and take on responsibilities of future roles aligned with your future goals, than AON Hewitt is the place to be.

    Cons

Taking on those future roles and responsiblilities for alignment to your future goals does not mean you will get paid accordingly. In all aspects of the roles and responsibilities, I was always working north of 60 hours per week and there was always a reason why at the end of the year during review associates did not get raises over 3% or bonuses, if any. Ever since Hewitt went public and AON bought them, associates have been asked to work harder, doing the job of three associates with less pay.
