I worked at Aon full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Great if you just want to collect a pay check.
Easy to hide in the corporate structure
Good benefits and mainly work from home schedule
Could easily work from anywhere

Cons – Recognition is hard to obtain
horrible leadership combined with poor decision making
no investment into good management
not quick enough to promote shining stars which lead to them leaving
no succession planning

Advice to Senior Management – Get better leadership, invest in the good leaders that you have, and quickly clear out the legacy hewitt deadweight and learn to make a decision and not talk about it for weeks on end until its too late. I wish I could rate Sr Management a half star on the scale below. Best of luck. Cheers
