    Pros

Good Benefits and lots of work, so you would think there
    would be job security.

    Cons

They pride themselves on customer service and providing the best possible
services to their clients but they do not provide enough resources and overwork
and under appreciate their employees. For this reason, there has always been
    large employee turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start to fill management positions with individuals with leadership skills who know how to
manage instead of individuals who moved up the ranks because
they live at the office but yet have no people skills.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
