Former Employee - Analytics in London, England (UK)

    Pros

Exposure to talented brokers. Exceptional in market awareness and getting deals done.
Get a market wide view of events.
    Looks good on your CV.

    Cons

No one to teach you. You are on your own.
Everyone has their own agenda. (ie everyone wants to be a broker and the management of the team does not) Good actuaries leave the team one way or another.
Not a place for an Actuary to start a career. There are no famous actuaries in the team.
Within analytics it can be unprofessional.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sort out Analytics. GC has some famous names. Willis has actuaries integrated with the broking team.

    No opinion of CEO
