Pros – - work with a leading organization that is growing
- great culture and work environment
- SOA exams paid for and study guides provided
Cons – - work hours can be long during busy season
- lots of administrative type work
- may have changed but competitors (Mercer and Towers) were offering much better compensation
Advice to Senior Management – None, besides more competitive compensation
