Former Employee – worked at Aon full-time

Pros – NIce people (for the most part), hours are fairly reasonable, great exposure to clients

Cons – Very cheap company, will not let junior brokers travel because they are "insignificant"

Advice to Senior Management – Stop being so cheap and think about your employees who are the ones servicing the clients

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
