I worked at Aon as an intern (less than a year)

Pros

Large Fortune 500 company, with loads of opportunities for growth. Employees are constantly helping one another, and always looking to find success. As an intern everyone was very helpful in giving me and advice and guidance for my future.

Cons

Again, with the company being 60k+ people, you tend to feel like another number. Hard to see what kind of changes you have made to the company as a whole.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great work environment with opportunities for all.

    Cons

We are challenged by internal systems partially due to issues outside of our control.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase your spend on systems and hardware.

    Pros

Might be good to be an executive with AON

    Cons

As I see it, leadership could care less about employees or customers – stock price and executive compensation is all that matters.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
