    Plenty of opportunities to shine and for advancement. Rewarded based on results. Significant learning and development opportunites exist for all employees.

    Cons

    Relentless competition among employees can create unhealthy tension in offices. Perception exists that brokers work far harder than underwriters. IT behind the times can trigger challenges in getting work done efficiently.
