They had to lay off many people late 2008.

Be more open with employees about the state of the company. Everything was so secret.

    Great group of people, great benefits, great exposure to the real world

    Cons

    Some of management can be very difficult to work with and it is difficult to schedule days off but overall great team

    should listen more to your people, even the entry level folks as they are the only ones on the ground floor.

    Excellent co-workers at a peer level.
    Flexibility and open to ideas.
    Good reputation.
    Good benefits and communication.

    Some disconnect from top management, mainly growing pains.
    Questionable financial planning.
    Sometimes unrealistic executive goals.
    Lower than average billable revenue sharing, from a top heavy non/low-revenue group.

    Thin out the top of the organization.
    New overtime incentive structure that better handles slower times.
    Improve revenue sharing.
    Better financial and directional planning.
