Pros

Great tuition benefit, but once your done with your education, they don't bump up your pay. They justify paying you below market rate because of the free tuition. But once your done with school your still getting paid the same.

Cons

Changes always happening around you. Communication, and disorganization.

Advice to Senior Management

Improve organizational communication, pay your employees who graduate with their masters degree more.
