I worked at AppLabs full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Focussed on testing
    Employees are passionate about testing
    Good client base

    Cons

Senior level management is coterie based, beyond a point, it depends on who you know rather than what you know or do
Opportunities and growth are good if one is in the good books of this small coterie

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior level management needs to be open to lateral recruits
The company has been since then sold off to CSC so probably this advice is redundant
