    I worked at Appia Communications full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Appia will let you start with no experience, but that is about it. No dress code and no other real rules is good.
    Corporate culture is laid back.

    Cons

    No Training. No Documentation. No support for training. After 5 years of employment my final check was knocked down to minimum wage and my overtime was not paid. Shows their appreciation for loyalty.
