Current Employee – been working at Apple

Pros – Apple takes care of its employees. Full time workers receive health benefits, all employees are offered stock options and very good prices on previous generation apple products. You are also very busy which helps make a 9 hour shift go by very fast. Free training on device repair and apple software.

Cons – Customers can be rude and policy for the most part is to give them anything they want. Very long hours especially during busy seasons. Pay could be better given the success of the company. Hiring/training process is long and very stringent

Advice to Senior Management – Invest in your employees, they are the heart of your retail operation and most are very devoted to the company. Don't let NPP slip, customers are what make apple the company that it is.
