Apple – “Not your father's Apple ....”

Pros

Great products, great people, great customers ... Apple looks for the best and the brightest and will move you up the chain if you demonstrate aptitude. Feedback is consistent, regular and fair.

Cons

Not for slackers. The company as a whole is willing to think outside the box, but, like any corporation, does get stuck in its own processes from time to time. Consumer-level support can be hair-pulling at time, but that would be true at any company.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to the folks on the front lines: your tech support agents, retail specialists and the like. Allow for more frequent reviews for pay increases.
