    Pros

Great pay, hands on with amazing technology.

    Cons

Customers can be demanding, impatient, and childish while management looks to hide those negatives with customer service training and support.

    Pros

Exceptionally talented and bright employees, excellent resume builder.

    Cons

High turnover rate (this includes management), lack of strong leadership from a retail level. Perceived favoritism from management. Poor work-life balance and flexibility in scheduling.

    Advice to Management

Get a better hold of your managers, half of whom don't use/own Apple products, and all of whom seem to spend more time hanging out in the back of the store than setting a positive example for young, impressionable employees.
