Working as a bartender at Applebees was overall a decent job. The pay is average and the working conditions are solid.

Just know that us bartenders do not make outstanding money but our job is to have fun and satisfy customers.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay us bartenders more money doesn't hurt and make sure that all locations have more than enough adequate seating would make this job better.
