    Generous healthcare and savings matching programs

    Large slow-moving company (bureaucratic)
    A lot of unnecessary/excessive formality in the work place
    On a day to day basis, work feels unmeaningful
    Information is very inefficiently passed person to person, making tasks take particularly long
    No free pantry food
    Industry is slowing down in manufacturing chips and solar power has not taken off yet in the US
