I worked at Applied Materials as a contractor for more than 5 years

Pros

I loved the job and the people, I learned so much from this job

Cons

The do not hire their temps - I worked at this place for 5 years as a temp then they moved our jobs to India and they made a mess of everything.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just because I was a temp and I did not have a college degree that did not mean that I did not know how to do the job. AS you saw when you move everything to India and they don't even know how to spell common English words. Hire people that can do the job not the cheapest people
