I worked at Applied Materials as an intern (less than a year)

Pros

Great atmosphere, laid-back and easy-going work life in South Bay. Friendly coworkers and management is eager to help

Cons

Company itself is old and conservative - haven't been many changes since company first started. Semiconductor manufacturing industry is very cyclical.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More innovation with HR to make working at company more enjoyable
