Pros

Company more financially stable than some. Venturing into new areas for profit and growth. Company management has integrity. They take cuts along side the hourly workers. They have earned trust of employees.

Cons

Eliminating of the last remaining perks on the job such as incentive bonus, profit sharing, sick time reduction. The corporation has merged and taken over several smaller entities leaving some feeling like just a number.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to the little people. They do the work. They know what they need and what is working. Remember, employees are your best asset. Machines can't do ALL the work.
