Applied Materials Buyer III in Austin, TX:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Good pay, nice campus, decent benefits

Cons

Bad upper management, lay-off possibilities, forced shut-downs, if you do a good job they will pile more work on your shoulders.

Advice to Senior Management

Do what you say you are going to do, create a more stable work place.
